Open Mic Night at Three Bean Coffee House
The Galion Community Theatre Youth Board is hosting an OPEN MIC NIGHT at Three Bean Coffee House for students from 7th-12th grade. Students from any school are welcome!
GCT Youth Board's Open Mic Night will be an awesome opportunity for the young talent in our community to show off their stuff! All singers, instrumentalists, poets, comics, and more are invited to attend and share their performance. Sign-ups will be done at the event, so no need to register ahead of time.
Even if you don't plan to take the mic, this event will be a great time for our local teens. The GCT Youth Board will be selling pizza by the slice and snacks/desserts. Three Bean baristas will be serving up their menu. Raffles will be available courtesy of local business owners. FUN will be had by ALL!
Are you a parent or guardian who needs something to do close by while your kiddo is having fun at Open Mic Night? Head over to our friends place, Pub House 123, to jump in on the trivia night they have scheduled for the same date/time.

AUDITIONS: The Addams Family
Galion Community Theatre is excited to present "The Addams Family" as our 2024 Summer Youth Production for actors ages 10-20 years old. Come on out to audition for this spooky musical on April 27th at 10:00am or April 28th at 2:00pm.
No need to prepare anything for auditions! A song from the show will be taught when you arrive, and those auditioning will perform that piece as well as a cold read from the show script. Galion Community Theatre's 40th Anniversary Gala Celebration
Galion Community Theatre is celebrating its 40th Anniversary, and we would love for you to join us in making this milestone even more memorable. This event is sure to be one you'll remember for years to come. The evening will be filled with songs from shows past, faces who have graced our stage, and a view into what's to come for The Galion.
The doors to GCT will open at 5:30pm, and attendees will be welcomed with music, food, silent auction items, and friends and family. Our program will begin at 6:30pm. We plan to shine a light on amazing past performances, the immense support we've received from our community, and those individuals without whom we would not be where we are today.

Galion Community Theatre's 40th Anniversary Summer Musical: "Singin' in the Rain" is coming soon, and we would love for you to be in the audience!
Join us as we transport you back to the roaring '20s, where silent movies reign supreme and the stars shine bright. Follow the charming and talented Don Lockwood as he navigates the transition from silent films to talkies, alongside his witty sidekick Cosmo Brown and the delightful Kathy Selden. With iconic musical numbers like "Singin' in the Rain," "Good Morning," and "Make 'Em Laugh," this production promises toe-tapping tunes, dazzling dance routines, and plenty of laughter along the way.
